BEV has a core team of Design Engineers, Design Associates and Draftsmen, all with extensive experience in their areas of competency. BEV has the following capabilities in design:
Mechanical design of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, reactors etc. using PVElite supplemented with custom developed spread sheets and Finite Element Analysis(FEA)
Thermal design of heat exchangers, fin fan coolers, plate fin heat exchangers etc. using HTRI
Mechanical design of Storage Tanks – vertical, horizontal, underground tanks etc. and various static process plant equipment
Piping design including stress analysis and Design of pipe / equipment supports including flexibility analysis
Design of structures including dynamic modeling using Staad Pro or STRAP
